.1. How do I place an order?

To place an order please select your desired item(s) and add to your shopping cart. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. You will have the option to create an account, log in to an existing account, or guest check out. As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation.

 

2.  Why does my product or gemstone look different to the image pictured on your website?

The product photography displayed on our website matches the product as closely as possible. All of our jewellery is hand-finished with genuine gemstones; therefore, details such as the exact shade of colour of the stone can vary slightly. This is all a part of what makes your Pandora Jewellery unique and special.

 

3. If I order something that is no longer in stock what will happen to my order?

During extremely busy periods it is possible to place an order for a product which may have gone out of stock. In this case. Diana Crystal will reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you paid via PayPal, you will be issued a refund for the amount paid.

If you paid via credit/debit card your card will not have been charged.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

5. Do you accept international cards with billing address outside of Canada?

Yes, we accept international cards with billing address outside of Canada with the exception of the following countries: Albania, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burma, Croatia, Cuba, Greece, Iran, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Montenegro, N. Korea, Serbia, Slovenia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Turkey. We allow international cards only for shipments within Canada.

 

6. Will there be a minimum order value?

No, there will not be a minimum value: the Diana Crystal for Professionals Online Shop is set up in such a way that we welcome all orders.

 

 

7. Can I place an order via telephone or email?

The ordering process is set up in such way that orders can only be placed via the Diana Crystal for Professionals Online Shop. If you need support when placing your order, simply contact Customer Service.

 

8. What if my product isn’t in stock?

If the product is temporarily out of stock, simply type your email into the relevant box that you will find on the product page, and we will notify you as soon as the product is available again.

 

 

9. Can I pay in another currency?

Our site only accepts payments in Ringgit Malaysia. If you are paying in another currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee.

 

 

10. Is it safe to order on Diana Crystal.com?

Yes, it is safe to order on Diana Crystal.com. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.

 

11. How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to process your order within 7-10 business days. We ship your order via Hermes Courier Service is expected to arrive within 2-3 business days.

 

 

12. If I place my order on Friday and choose the next day option, when will my package arrive?

It will not be delivered until the next business day, which is Monday.

 

 

13. How do I buy an original?

Original paintings are available here. You may also contact me to request a studio visit or find me at art markets and fairs to purchase original paintings. You can check out the News section of this site to see where I’m showing my work right now

 

 

14. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by emailing info us, if you do decide you need to cancel your order we suggest doing so within an hour.
